I am very week physically. So can not work hard. I feel hungry but can not eat properly. If eat rich food i.e. meat, fish, oily food, my stomach becomes upset. I need to improve my digestion power. Can you please advice me how I will get good digestion power & get physical strength?

Please prescribe me homeopathy medicine

A homeopathic doctor needs to see you to understand your problems, it's not the kind of thing you want to get an answer on the computer.
A dietician will help you a lot, too.
There are certain foods that are easier or harder to digest. Try concentrating on fruit (2 servings day), vegetables (3 servings a day), lean protein like fish and chicken, and grains. Try cutting out milk for a few days to see if you feel better, or wheat.
Also try exercising like walking half an hour a day to see if that helps.
Keep a journal for three days of everything you eat and how you feel after you eat it to see which foods affect you.
Look for someone with an RD certification, which means registered dietician... they can help you.

So you are having stomach upset when you eat rich foods. I would focus my eating around lean protien, fruits, vegetables and plenty of water. These foods will give you more energy and won't zap as much of your precious strength to digest. There is no way to improve the power of digestion, just put better foods in your body. Your energy will soon pick up when you make these changes and you can get stronger.

You need to see a physician to find out what the problem is. If oily food makes your stomach upset, cut back on them. Eat vegetables. You also need fiber in your diet. Eat grains.
