I`m Chinese boy
17 years old. 50 kg. 171cm tall.
I feel that I`m so skinny, and I`m planning to fatten my body. what should I do, and what should I eat.
can u suggest me any menu with suitable calories and nutrition??

I don`t do any sports, I only work behind the desk (do u know what I mean)
I sleep for 6 to 8 hous a day.
I do push up and sit up 30 times every night.
I walk to school everyday, (the distance is about 1.5 km)

build up on your carbs...start drinking weight gain shakes.
and finally just be patience....... your only 17 your body is still developing. By the time your 20 you will probably carry more muscle mass.

Try reading a magazine on building your body, like Men's Fitness. They have good suggestions for ways to eat and exercises you can do.

never to skinny, look at hollywood, nicole ritchie, paris, to skinny better than too fat
