I could eat them every day and some soup to go with them most of the time. Turkey, ham, beef with horseraddish, chese melted with bacon bits, cucumber and cream cheese and many other fillings that can be put between bread. A nice soup to go with it sure makes a good meal.

Yup, and my favorite kinds are variations of the grilled cheese!
Butter the bread, sprinkle other side with a dried herb (basil, usually), tomatoes, salt, cheese. Low heat, teflon skillet... let it slowly toast and melt... great!

Definitely (among much more of course)! Grab a loaf of fresh ciabatta and fill it with some grilled chicken, pesto sauce, parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes..Delicious!
