he looks a lot better now and has been getting lots of attn from girls. been lying about where he's been. he was nicer when he was fat:(

now that he lost weight he knows he can get better...its best u leave him now....cause he dont love you no more its tough to take....SUCK IT UP GIRL...you got dumped.

Let him go. He obviously has some sort of need to fulfill some desire of being the guy that can get all the girls. He is trying to affirm himself or something. In the end you deserve better. I would imagine it hurts quite a bit but there is nothing you can do but I will tell you one thing. I used to be a bit chunky and then I lost my wait and started getting a lot of attention but it wasn't long before I kind of missed being big. I got attention for my looks from vain jerks who didn't care about my insides. It really was hard at first. At least when I was big I met people who liked me for me. Just take comfort that what goes around comes around and he will learn.
In the mean time do something for you. Get a make over, go on a diet, whatever. But do it for you and feel good about yourself. And if he happens to see you and sees what he missed all the better.

Let him go. He's obviously quite taken by the fact he's getting all this new attention becuase of his improved appearance. This is not uncommon and now he wants to spread his wings and go "out there".
Do not upset yourself by this, leave him to himself and go your own way. Trust me, you may find he ends up running back to you in time. His ego is just having a ball right now. He will come back down to earth I'm sure.
But don't wait around for him, get on with your own life and leave him to his new found vanity and he wants to try the field.
Perhaps this is the first time he has ever encountered actually liking what he sees when he looks int he mirror. This does not excuse him, but is understandable in a sense he's not had this feeling much before.
Really, if he has "true" feelings for you, he will find after his initial flying around to try his wings, that he will wish to return to you. If he thinks he can find something better, you deserve far more than him yourself!

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

he's just adjusting to his new look and the attn he is getting frm people.
i would suggest u leave him alone like that... if he really loves u, later he'll realize he can't just lose the woman who loved him for who he was and who he is inside (not the physical appearance i mean..) and then hell come back to u..
if he doesn't come back, he doesn't love u at all...go find someone better..!!! someone who doesn't have all the stretch marks.. lol..and then wish that he'll go fat again...

give him time to get used to his new look maybe he is just enjoying the attention he never got before from other ladies. If he really loves you he'll come back around and if he doesn't all I can say is there are other fish in the sea. Good luck
