Depends on what you mean by athletic. Some girls are too athletic for my taste. It's better than being fat, I guess. But if you're more developed than I am, well, that's creepy.
Nice, cute, reasonable, optimistic, and not slutty, well, that's harder to find. Smart . . . eh, as long as she isn't smarter than me. That isn't so hard to manage! ;-)

I don't think so and I think you will find this out for sure. The best place to look would be on an athletic field or in a sport at your school or around your town out on the tennis courts, soccer fields, or baseball fields. I have known many girls that fit your criteria and I dated one who was a great tennis player. She had a crush on me but I did not have a crush on her so she went her way and I went mine.

Depending on who you ask, almost every athletic woman would fit this type. Everyone is a "nice girl" to someone, everyone is cute to someone, etc
