Perhaps when you get to high school they'll go over the Civil War and WWII with you, but it's not your fault for not understanding: there just isn't enough time in Junior High School/Middle School to go over everything.
I believe your confusion comes from taking what one person or group of people says as fact as if it really were fact. Just because SOME people in the South believed that what they did was supported by the Bible (or twisted Scripture to make it say what they wanted) doesn't mean that ALL Southerners believed that. Hitler used whatever he had to to force his opinions and beliefs on others, and was NOT Christian. The Swastika is an ancient Hindu (I think) symbol and predates Christianity. He used it as his symbol for the 3rd Reich. Nothing he advocated emulated Christianity and he never claimed to be Christian.
So, other than your basic tenets of your argument being completely wrong, you did okay. Welcome to YA.
(And the word is 'legitimate', but that's okay: it's a 9th Grade word.)

We have all sinned, and we will continue to sin as long as we are on earth. It is not true biblical christianity to have slaves, and the Bibles say that to harm the Jews will get you punished.
One could argue that God even used that horrible hateful act of Hitler to call His people back to Him. Not that He willed it, but that He could even use that for the good of His beloved. However, I must confess, it does not seem to be the case that they took advantage of that call. Oh, how I mourn for them!
Chistianity is what brought about the downfall of slavery in almost if not every case. Abe Lincoln felt that all of the nation would pay in lives lost in the civil war to pay for the slavery in this nation. Many founding fathers did not want slavery, but they knew they could not stand without all the states on their side, so they made provision that it could stay, against what they knew to be right. Those that wanted it felt it was a necessity for their way of life.
You can use any book, and especially one that teaches on so many life and death issues showing the fallen nature of man and the love and justice of God, to teach anything if you take it out of context. Make sure you read the verse in the context of the chapter, book, and whole Bible if you seek the truth.

I fail to see the connection between Nazis being overthrown and the greatness of Christianity. Was the civil war The South vs. Non-Christians? Perhaps I'm just ignorant. There are whackos using the Bible to advocate a lot of sick things. Ever heard of David Koresh or Reverend Fred Phelps from the Westborough Baptist Church? Neither of them has a clue what Christianity is about, yet they spout mis-interpreted bible quotes to convince others they are right. Religion is like statistics; it can be twisted around to appear to mean whatever you like.

You're historically challenged from a spiritual standpoint, I can tell. The Power of the Nazis and Slavery in the South were fomented by those whom the devil had doing his dirty work, of which the major aim as been to counterfeit and undermine the work of the Spirit of God here on Earth. It would only take about a half hour to bring you up to date if you're interested in the truth.

I don't think that christianity and the bible have anything to do with each other. You need to check your history books because it tells you that the bible was written well before the civil war and the nazis so how could slavery and hitler killing jews be in the bible, It wasn't even written yet.

I am from the south and I don't agree with my ancestors on the
idea of slavery. I think slavery in any form was and is WRONG!
And we lost the Civil War because the Union soldiers had a
better strategy than the Confederate soldiers did. Enough said.

Christians dont have any true power, they like to play in the realms of politics because they think they will win, however, people have grown tired and wary of anyone claiming christianity because more and more christians are arrogant hypocrites that love to lie to keep thier religion going, thier fire is dying and us Pagans are here to put it out for good, the christo pagans are hindering the job but even they will suffer the consequences. Oh and hitler and the south didnt win because there IS a God and She favors Pagans and Buddhists over the christians and islamics.

If you want to argue you should call up one of your siblings or something.
Who are YOU to judge?
The south losing the civil war has absolutely nothing to do with the cruel nazis! Maybe you should read a LOT of history books including but not limited to the Bible.

The Bible does not advocate slavery, the slave owners twisted up Scriptures to make it look as though it did. And uh, Christians are opposed to slavery...don't you think there were many abolitionists who were Christians, including Abraham Lincoln himself!!! Hitler was insane and a bigot, not a Christian.
Oh, and you're a bigot too if you think Christians are illiterate. Languages happen to be my forte.

True. Nazis are not in power. The interesting thing is that they were Masonic, not Christian. Also people that had slaves were very wealthy and it is known that most wealthy people are not Christian.
