That depends on how sensitive you are to the spices in it. It contains some form of peppers normally and garlic sometimes.
If you are very sensitive to them, it will be spicy.
If you are not, it won't.
About the mildest restaurant salsa I can think of (I'm a supertaster if that makes a diff) is Pepe's and it is also the best one as far as I am concerned.

It depends on the brand. Some have no spice and others are fairly spicy. You will have to keep trying them, to find one that suites your taste.
