the upside never dying we know that.

There is no down side to immortality. As every immortal will be in heaven
Man is naturally mortal, and subject to death. God promises for the sinner that he will be eternally dead. Satans lie is that we are immortal, "ye shall not surely die" sadly 99% of Christians still believe we are immortal, yet we will live in either heaven, or a place called hell.

depends if you mean immortality in heaven, hell, or earth.
heaven=no downside
hell=eternal punishment
earth=extreme boredom

Never dying, I'd think, would also be a downside.
