If you have a gas oven, the pilot light is always lit, and should keep the oven just warm enough for you to leave the bread in there (covered) without turning the oven on at all.

put dough in a deep plastic (keeps the temperature) bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel but allow empty space between dough+towel for the raising, in the oven 80-100 Celsius. Keep with the instructions of raising time. Be careful not to leave it too long 'cause then dough with start getting a crust.

Stick a large basin of water in the oven and when it is somewhat warmer than swimming pool water, switch off the oven, leave it open for a minute, stick the dough in and close the door. For time, follow the recipe instructions and check frequently. Leave the basin of water in the oven.

If it's large enough you can use your microwave-nuke a cup of water for 30 seconds then place dough in and shut door.
