Don't pay attention to the two ignoramuses who have answered your question. They don't know the real meaning of the word Gothic or how it applies to art.
You won't find many Gothic artists by name. Most artists in the Middle Ages were anonymous. Their system of art was entirely different from ours. However, toward the end of the Gothic period, as art was slowly changing over into the Renaissance style, more attention was paid to the actual creator of the art. So, there are some painters from the late-Gothic period whose names we know. For instance, Duccio, an Italian is well-known. But be warned, some books will classify these late-Gothic artists as Pre-Renaissance artists.
