I close my mouth and with both nostrils breathe in and breathe out rapidly 20 times and on the 21st time I breathe in and keep the air in my lungs as long as possible and then release it very slowly through both the nostrils . This exercise is known as Bhastrika Pranayanam an yogic exercise and this relaxes the mind improves the blood circulation whole throught the body and especially in the brain and cools it very much . You can avoid all the lung diseases including TB and you will not get any clots in the blood and heart attack, heart failure, hypertension, hypotension etc etc will never come to a person doing this exercise and all the most it relaxes the mind to the maximum extent and all your emotions are totally controlled. Do try this now immediately , this can be done at any place at any time without any problems . All the best.

as you should know that meditation (making mind blank for some time frequently for half an hour daily) concentrates your mind in positive aspect which gives you spiritual satisfaction or talk to your beloved and share everything and get sexual satisfaction from him.or remember the god and thank him giving the birth to you.or read the best book(novels, storie) which gives you pleasure with some sort of drinks like wine, beer etc.forget the entire practical problems of life and just relax.
