I know it was like 800bc and all but Im thinking it was before the continents split but I'm not really sure, that is why I am asking yall. Thanks in advance.

It was Noah, not Jesus, and continental drift takes millions of years, the earth was pretty much shaped the same as it is now during BOTH Jesus, and Noah's times (By The Way, BC means Before Christ, so it's kindof dumb to say Jesus did something 800 years Before Christ.)

Well, God did send the animals to Noah. The flood could have been before the split (or there could not have ever been one great continent, or the split might have been involved with the flood in some way).
Some believe that they came across from Asia to Alaska where the Bering Strait is now. During a period of a lot of ice (like an ice age) a lot of the water would be ice, so the water level would have been alot lower, allowing enough dry land for even a massive entrance into America. If people were following animals to hunt, or just trying to get a place of peace of their own, they could have crossed then. Some might have come across in boats.
Wait a minute, how did you get 800 bc? the flood was quite a while before that. (like a couple thousand years I think).
The continental split could have happened in the days of Peleg after the flood, but I have a tendency to think not. That probably referred to the aftermath of the Tower of Babel (Genesis 10:25 Two sons were born to Eber: One was named Peleg, because in his time the earth was divided; his brother was named Joktan.)
But if it did refer to the other, maybe some were on the american side and some on the other.
If it wasn't the whole world that was flooded then God in His Word is a liar. It cannot be interpreted faithfully to say anything else. Wouldn't the people of the tsunami's have a right to tell God He had broken His promise not to flood the whole world again if the world meant just one small part of it?

Did you make it past third grade? seriously, if youre a result of the current education system our future is doomed. One: the floods were local and people tend to exaggerate (stretch the truth a bit) two if there was such a flood most of the animals on this Earth whould not be here because the bible/christian God is evil.

Ok, now tell me what BC means...does it not mean Before Christ? Yes, so I don't really see how Jesus could've put animals on the ark! But who knows how they got back anywhere! They got back somehow=)

I came up with my own personal answer to that question. If God created the animals and placed them on the earth the first time, He could certainly do it again.
