If you don't have any vitamins lying around try munching on lunch meat....Or peanuts...Anything with alot of protein in it...Milk works good as well.

you must eat what ever your body is telling you to eat,(like when you get the munchies??)this is important because your mind tells your body sub-consiously what it needs to replenish its energy(what its lacking) and once you have replaced whats its lacking your body will start to feel rejuvinated again.
