Hi I have been looking at different retail stores and I can not find any software for programing.I know that you can buy different packages on the internet.If I wanted to buy a offical C++ or some form of basic package where would I go to get it?I don't see any thing for progarming at any retail stores so where do programers go to get their software?

You don't really 'buy' C++ you just need a text editor (Notepad will do) and a compiler. Most of the recommended compilers are free so you just need to download one and you are off and running with no outlay.
You will also need a tutorial course to get started and there are heaps of free ones available.
And then a community to support you in learning is a great thing.
