there's an MTR station in the terminal so u can get to the city but if your talking about a major railroad station, hong kong station would be your best bet

Chub is 100% correct, the Aip[ort Express Train station is walking distance from the Arrival area of the Aiport. You may enquire thru the HKTB office for more details regarding their schedule, or just visit the below link for more details.

Airpot is on Lantau Island, there is a airport express that costs a few HK dollars.. Goes right to the main Train and Aiport Terminals.. Kowloon may be your best bet.. Without knowing more about your schedule, peep out the map..
