I have killed people for Bertrand's sake on numerous occasions. Haven't you ever heard of people getting on buses and yelling out "Bertrand Russell-hu Akbar!" or chanting "There is no god at all, and Dawkins is his prophet!" before detonating a bomb? Jeez, you must live under a rock.
One person believes that the universe is going to end through heat death. Another believes that the universe's expansion is continually accelerating and that space/time will be ripped asunder (HERETICS!)
People kill over that crap. Can you believe it?
