Well, I love that I can run in marathons and complete triathlons relatively easily, but I train almost daily for this stuff. It helps me feel good about my body.
I love my career - I'm a naval architect, I design container ships and oil drilling platforms. It keeps me on my toes, it is still challenging after having done it for many years. Also, I've been self-employed at it for the last 5 years, and I'm very proud of that.
Never cared much for clothes, actually. It's nice to fit into smaller-sized clothes, like size 4 and 6, because I work out so much, but I refuse to spend lots of money on clothes. I'd rather put my money towards my house mortgage or save for an overseas vacation.

First off, i always go to God. You have to have faith in yourself, cuz if u dont believe in yourself, it doesnt matter what other people say. My Family and Friends give my confidence. They tell mt that they believe in me and tell me to do my hardest.

We deal with the environment with our pesonality. of course. we show confidence because our personlaity is intact. its our personality that leads us how to carry ourselves, how we deal with people. Its because of our personnality that we have lovers. its because of our personl;aity that people likes us,, even our family..The way we dress reflects our personality too. If we have no personality, we can't be with other people.

friends. i'm generally an outgoing person, so if someone retaliates by insulting me then one of my friends will quickly rebound and will make me feel better. unless i insult them back first and it doesn't leave the smallest stain on me
