Sometimes you can explain and clear the misconception up. Sometimes people won't listen and there is nothing you can do. Just keep your faith and remember to respect other people's views.

I'm Wiccan. You wouldn't believe the "misconceptions" people have about my religion. It depends on the way the questions are asked. If they're asked out of curiosity and respectfully then I'll give straight forward, educational answers. If they're insulting, degrading or rude, then they'll get the same back.

My faith is difficult for forieners who are constantly said to do even simple things in their religion. So i would give them enough time to talk and understand. I am hindu.

depends on the situation, but generally would try to explain politely, but when it is repeated really make me fed up to explain and would ignore.
