Everyday before going to bed, apply wheatgerm oil or olive oil or castor oil to your eyebrows. Massage it for 2 minutes. Then do hot oil treatment.
Put a towel in hot water, rinse fully till the last drop of water comes, and apply to your eyebrows after massaging with oil. Keep in this position till the towel gets cooled. Repeat this for about 3 to 4 times. This will enhance hair growth and make the eyebrows look thick.

I don't know that you can actually MAKE your eyebrows grow, but you might want to experience with an eyebrow pencil to make them look darker or thicker. My eyebrows are very light (and I have dark hair), so I learned how to pencil them in. You don't want to 'draw' them on, you want to make short strokes (like your drawing tiny hairs) on the inner parts of the eyebrows, then fill in the rest however thick or thin you want the arch of the eyebrow. It takes some time, but after you get it down, it's a snap. Good luck!

You can use rogaine on your eyebrows... dip a qtip in the rogaine and rub it in your eyebrows. Make sure it doesnt drip though!!

get an eyebrow comb and comb them upwards.
my eyebrows look big when I do this...so I don't do it.
