If a person weighs 200 lbs they need to take in 2000 Cal's just to maintain their weight. anything more they will gain, anything less they will loss. One shake contains around 2000 Cal's BUT, your body can not proses that many Cal's at one time. they will probably pass right through you, plus they will make you fell bloated a sluggish. If you take in any thing, it would be pasta, bread, and potato's, things that are high in carbs.

wow im 100 lb and 5"3 and 13, you DONT need to gain you are at a healthy weight unless you are 18 or older and your not a small girl you are normal, if you are older then 17 then i stand corrected.
