Wudu is an Arabic term for washing certain parts of your body before praying (in Islam). I'm not sure if listening to music or singing breaks your wudu, but I know for a fact that it is recommended that you take a wudu directly before each prayer, that way you earn (hasanat) and don't have the time to sing or listen to music. Good luck!

well wen u hve taken wudhu 4 prayers n u come out singing or while goin 2 da mosque or sumthin start singing den its makrooh(undesirable) coz da only thing in ur mind shud be at dat time is Allah swt wen da muazzin calls 4 prayer n says "Allahu akbar" it means Allah is da greatest so u shud forget everything els n go 4 prayers so it sure is an undesirable act..........
