Jealousy is bad. In this case the best way to get over it. is to journal your thoughts.

It's obvious that you still care for him. Also, your mutual friends need NOT know how you really feel about your ex's relationship with her. You never know what they are telling her AND she may be coming around just to make you mad!

So, take the high road. Smile and greet her.. act as if it bothers you not.. Eventually, she will see that you do not care and eventually you won't. Another way is to ignore any conversations about them. If your friends start talking about them, listen but do not respond.. Again, take the high road. I know it is NOT easy but hey...you can do it.

Oh so you are back with him - well then he is yours and as far as their relationship.. that was the past.

She is probably coming around you just to see how you and him are doing. Ignore her and/or smile an greet her as though you do not care. Actually, she may want him back.. Stop thinking about their relationship and concentrate more on you and him.

The past is the past... move on with him. She is history!

Again let the jealousy go.. because it can drain you! You've got the upper hand in this one.

It's totally natural to get mad or uncomfortable. Don't be jealous though- he left her for you, and that means something. If you do have a problem trusting him talk to HIM about it and don't listen to what your friends are saying- it only makes things worse even though they're just trying to help you. Tell him how your feeling about the situation and see if you can come to a compromise- after working things out if it's still akward- trust your gut. Find a new man.

This is soo hard..I deal with it myself.
The thing is you have to be confident and love yourself.
If you are secure in yerself then it doesn't matter who he talks to...however if he still talks to her in a flirty maner, that is just direspectful to you and you should dump him anyway.
Respect yourself enough to know how much you are worth!!!
Don't let yerself get caught up in all the Jealousy...
It just makes you look bad.
You are better than that!
Good luck and God Bless.

Find certain features that you have and she doesn't.

Believe me, I go through experiences that makes me jealous or other people. And jealously makes me insecure, like seeing my crush with someone who is hot.

I suggest you try to focus more on you and a little less on her.
Try ignoring her and improve on things that you lack or need improvement on.

The best way to mend a broken heart is with a new love.

Trust! if you trust someone and they do not betray that trust then things are well. If the trust is broken by that person then it is time to be jealous.

your situation is exactly like mine. remind yourself that you are better than the other girl, and that you will find another boy soon.

you have the right to be mad. just because you're mad doesn't mean you have to hold it in. yell at her. your friends will stick with you (at least one or two or more) if they're good friends.
