One who you connect with in just about every way, very deeply. And I don't think there's just one. There's a few. But it's rare to meet them. Meeting one once every few years. But once you find one, it's great to stick with that one, because the unique bond you build with that one, you can never build with someone else because we're all unique. And no love is exactly the same as a love for someone else.

Those who say there is no soulmate, are those who sadly let this world turn them emotionally cold, and bitter, and usually will break your heart.

Hi Bloop, A soulmate is someone you think about all the time.Someone who knows what you are going to say,and the same for the mate.Soulmates can feel the pain of one,and the other. Even being 3000 miles away. I know this is true. i am having along distant love affair by emailing, and calls on Sundays. We have a very strong connection, that you wouldn't believe. We both think about each other all the time, and sometimes this interferes with our daily life.We both have dreams about each other, than seem sooo real. We plan on getting together in the summer of 2007.Sooner or later, one of us will give in,and move to be together.WE both love each other sooo deeply. It is really a very strange feeling to be so connected to one,and the only. If you ever truely find your soulmate, you will know how we feel.

Soulmate (or soul mate) is a term sometimes used to designate someone with whom one has a feeling of deep and natural affinity, friendship, love, intimacy, sexuality, and/or compatibility.

A related concept is that of the twin flame or twin soul – thought to be the ultimate soulmate, the one and only other half of one's soul, for which all souls are driven to find and join.

However, not everyone who uses these terms intends them to carry such mystical connotations; they are sometimes used simply as an expression of strong emotional feeling for someone.

a soulmate is the one who completes you. the one who knows your needs without having to ask. the one who can comfort you without even a touch. the one who can make you smile without a word. the one who, when you're with them, makes your soul giggle.
