this guy is my best friend. lately he's been spending more time with my brother. also he has been teasing me about this guy that likes me that i don't like very much. also he told me that if anything ever happened to me it would throw him off the edge. He also seems to stare at me a lot at school and always smiles and looks into my eyes when we talk plz help me does he like me or is he just being my buddy?

you never know. just let the time go by, somehow it'll work out.
if he asks you out you know he likes you.
if he doesn't he might like you so he doesnt have the guts. and he might just want to be your friend.
so suggest hanging out sometime alone without your brother (romantically) and see how he acts. if nervous he likes you. if he says no he probably doesnt.

Well i'm sort of in the same situation with my best friend and iv'e learned the best way to actually find out if he does is to speak up. I mean it can save you alot of pain and suffering and you would love to hear yes or no now then holding out for months or years. so do yourself a favor honey and apeak up.

Well it sounds like he is very fond of you . The only problem is you guys are really great friends . I mean I wouldnt want to ask him if he liked me in that manner and ruin what you already have . Take it slow and see what happens.

There is a good probability that he likes you.
However, he is the only one who can tell you, and if you want to know, you need to ask him. Do it in private, without an audience, and as little pressure as possible.

i have a best guy friend named Anton we have been best friends for 7 years but he was my brothers best friend to!
he came to visit me and my brother in Australia 2 months ago, he felt in love with me, he kept staring in my eyes when we have a BBQ, or he will tickle me ans he couldn't stop smiling, but before he had to go back he told me he loves me!
i felt of him like my brother, so i didn't love him in that way it broke him but we still best friends!

wow, this happened to me. and yes he does like you. hehe. all those things happened exactly to me. although, i would ask him if i were you because i didnt ask him if he liked me, and now we're not best friends anymore... =[ weird how these things work out.
