Be careful, at 22 weeks pregnancy I loss my baby with the high blood pressure, preclasmcia, take it easy, and don't beat your self up emotional, you can cause your self into depression, and the baby inherited your sadness.
Read some funny stuff, watch some funny movie, cartoons, hang out with some funny people.

Dear preggy, do not worry, it is so normal.
When you are pregnant, due to the hormonal changes and every other change happening in your body, things have a hightened or exaggerated way of affecting you. Just tell yourself that it is not as bad as the way you feel. Just try to relax... But let me tell you this from my experience...I am highly embarrassed to face my sister in law for how i reacted to her before...Looking back i can see how i over reacted and never considered the good sides of her.
Just watch and try to relax. do some yoga that's the best thing to do to balance and smooth out the wrinkles of pregnancy and hormones stuff.

i feel this way all the time. my boyfriend will just say something to me, not even rude, argumentative or anything and ill burst into tears, that and i yell, ALL the time. and then i cry cuz i yelled. lol. The only thing that i do, is when i start to get like this, my man immediately does something comical, or he turns on something funny, however if im not near him, i am stuck just riding it out.. going in a room by myself also helps, it calms me. Good luck.

Yes, your feelings are normal. I remember crying until the last 2 months. Then I was angry because I was uncomforable and wanted to get it over with.
If you can get out of the house or get interested in something it will help.

I know how you feel. I cry about everything, from sad commercials to an ugly look my husband may give me. For me, I relax and read Parenting magazines. It also helps to pamper yourself, give yourself a pedicure or manicure and just relax. You'll feel more beautiful, which means you'll be happier!

Enjoy the blessing of nature and ride on and feel the good and bad and overcome those. Women are the luckiest to have these feelings.

go shopping, or
ice cream. that never fails.
also chocolates... pick the ones that you like.
or, watch your favorite movie on DVD, while munching on a bucket of chicken.
it worked on me before. try it... i was once pregnant.. and i was having a lot of emotional turmoil (my parents disowned me, and more) but that's not the point. just try one of these things.. it might help you.
