When children are annoying that mean that want some kind of attention, spend some time with him, read a book, take him to the park, watch t.v with him just a little time that all the little people want, just to know you will, try it, you will see he want to feel loved... good luck

the answer to that would be a lot easier if I knew the ages of you and your brother...try to spend special time with him. Designate a special time and explain to him that this is time for the two of you only.......then maybe he will better understand when you need to spend time with friends. He won't feel so left out!

He's probably at the age where he wants any kind of attention and will do anything to get it. All kids go through this but he'll one day grow out of it. Lock your door, be firm, talk to your parents.

Tell him to stay out of your room. Make sure he is aware that he is so annoying. Always threaten to tell mom and/or dad.

I would get some strong room spray and use it a LOT around him. What does he hate? What scares the heck out of him?
Tell him the wolves will get him, whatever you have to tell him to scare him.

Blackmail him. Tell him you'll tell your parents he did something bad if he doesnt leave you alone. Or just simply scare him. =]
