You can't do them yourself. And if you are a white chick you shouldn't get them at all. Bo Derek did it way back when in the movie 10...and thats where it should stay! Not even while you are some place tropical should you get them done either. No going to Cancun and coming back with cornrows!!

It takes a bit of practice, and it's better if someone actually shows you, but to give you the idea, they're like tiny French braids. If you know how to French braid, try it in tiny sections.
Expect it to take several hours.

You cant give yourself cornrows, you need someone else to do it for you. and that person needs to know how to give someone cornrows or it will look like crap.
