Yes it's wrong and you shouldn't waste his time thinking your with him 100% as his girl. Yes your boyfriend should be real angry at you. Why in the world would you tell him something like that? I'm sure you hurt his feelings and he should probably dump you.

Depends on what you mean by "special feelings." Do you feel sisterly towards this new guy, or what?
It may make your boyfriend feel insecure which logic dictates is normal. If I were you I'd say some thigs to my boyfriend that will make him feel secure and loved, and more special.
Or explain to your boyfriend what "special feelings" really are.
