Not talking about suicide, want to quit job and move to another state for a change of environment. Thanks for worrying though.

NO. Call someone, anyone. Call a relative, a friend, anyone you know and trust. You do not need to be alone. Also, go see a professional ASAP. Too many people care about you and don't want to see you hurting like this...call someone.

Yeah, hit the reset button. Every day. Every day's a new day and a chance to do something good for yourself. You don't need to move. That won't solve your problems. Everyone feels depressed sometimes. Everyone. You've got to remember that no matter how bad you feel, time passes and so will those lousy feelings. The trick is to force yourself to do something when you least feel like it. That's when you need it most. Take a shower, put on something nice, have a good meal, call someone, see a movie, read a book...DO STUFF! Not the vodka. That doesn't help. Yeah, hit reset. But do it right.

Put the knife back in the drawer for starters. Take the shot glass and fill with vodka, place vodka in glass with ice, add orange juice and stir then enjoy. Life is too short. I am pretty overweight myself and was pretty depressed til the doctor put me on meds. It will be ok. I pray you make the right decision.

A rule of thumb is to never make any major decisions based on emotions.Evaluate the situation.Identify the problem.Gather possible solutions.Evaluate the solutions.Identify the most favorable option.Execute your decision.Asses your results.
