There is a guy at school named Damien. He spikes his hair and gets perfect grades. He has never had a girlfriend in his whole life, even though he is popular and really hot. Everybody has a crush on him. My friend and I thinks he might be gay. He might be shy. OR he is just focused on school and will date when he gets older. I really need help and will take any advice on guys to make them like me and understand me. What do guys really even like about girls? I asked him out once a long time ago, a year ago, and he didn't hesitate to say NO!! PLEASE someone help me.

lol. He may not be overly focussed either way on relationships at all. He may have his mind on what he wants to do in life as a career and this is where he's putting his focus. He may also be very used to people drooling over him and perhaps he doesnt have to try very hard, so he's a bit bored by it all.

Most guys LOVE girls, so I would'nt try and figure out what guys like about them, try and figure out what guys DON'T like about them. Try ignoring him and going for the good grades yourself and giving him what he's not used to "being ignored". Trust me, you're only one of many that probably want to get into his pants and he's well aware of it.

Some guys like girls who are girly and silly, others like them ore serious and focussed on work, and using their brains. He may honestly find girls quite irritating....and yes, he may be gay.

Well, you asked him out once a year ago, and he turned you down. That doesn't mean he's gay. You can try again now that it's a year later, but don't be surprised if he turns you down again.

BTW, it's none of your business why he said "no." It doesn't mean he is gay, but it could be a reason that has nothing to do with you. If he's not interested, he's not interested, so move on.
