I am not familiar with two part epoxy polyurethane. the resins in polyurethane are very different than resins used in epoxy products. what are you wanting to do? if you are finishing floors, go with a good poly, it should be fine. if you need something harder, there are several options (in the u.s) for clear coats. Benjamin Moore makes a clear two part industrial finish called-
Aliphatic Acrylic Urethane Gloss Finish
it is a two part epoxy. you mix a quart of hardener into a short filled gallon of the product, and it will give you a great finish. if you can get by with a single component product, ben moore has a product called :waterborne urethane that will work. it is and industrial enamel that will give you a great finish.
if this is for exterior, remember, epoxies don't perform as well outside. they are not as resistant to UV as other products.

you can email me, and i will try to help you find more info on what would work best for your application

If you're looking for a polyurethane finish (with or without stain), just about any hardware store will have it. The "big box" stores in the U.S. are Home Depot and Lowe's - I would presume Australia would have something similar.

You could probably get it at a Marine store, they carry a lot of different poly products for use on boats. I have never heard of an epoxy poly, but if there is such a thing, they would know.
