Are you on medication for your depression?

One way or the other, you MUST go speak with your physician about the symptoms you are experiencing. Suicidal ideation (thinking about killing yourself) is symptomatic of several different disorders, and it is just impossible to try to make a meaningful diagnosis in a Yahoo Answers session. If you are currently on meds, the dosage might be too high, or too low -- even if you've been taking the same prescription for a while, it might need to be adjusted. If you're not taking any medication -- well, maybe you should be. That's why you need to see a professional, either a physician or a psychiatrist.

You describe a lot of different symptoms. Depression covers a lot of them. At times, it sounded like you were describing Tourette's Syndrome. Make an appointment with a psychiatrist, or at least a medical doctor, and tell him or her all your symptoms, not just the physical ones.

seek a professional to diagnose. not wise to ask online... if you're concerned enough to ask... find a doctor in your area.
