You said it yourself -- you have depression. Depression can cause all these things. If you're not being treated for it, please consider it. And I mean sessions with a therapist and antidepressant therapy. There's no reason you have to continue living this way. You deserve better.

It sounds to me with the symptoms you've been describing, like you may have bi polar disorder. Days when you talk very rapid and can't keep your attention on one thing, and other days when you can't hardly function. I'm the same way. I either sleep too much or too little, have moodswings, depression and other times I'm on cloud 9 and nothing is going wrong at all. When a low period hits, I hit rock bottom. I am currently looking into a stronger medication than what I'm taking, to calm my mood swings. Google up Bipolar symptoms and you will find a wealth of information, and you can size up the symptoms of what you're experiencing to what people who suffer from bp suffer from.

yes u do have a problem, but know one in general can diagnose your problem you need to talk to your medical doctor and he can and will send you to a professional. If you just need to talk to someone here is a number that , these people will talk to u and get you on the right track. 1-800-969-6642, this is the National Mental Health Association. this is a hot line and they will talk to u and help u all that they can.there are many other numbers that u can call also ,call your local hospital and get a local helpline organization, that will be there and can help u get on the right track.Sounds like stress is trying to take over your life and u are asking for help, so please call. This will not go away it only gets bigger and will get more and more out of control God Bless you and good luck.

Sound like you may have bipolar disorder (rapid cycling). Only a doctor can diagnose this for you though. It is very important that you see someone immediately as this can be a very dangerous situation if going untreated.
