I'm deeply in love with my ex girlfriend Brooke. We broke up after two months because she felt that she couldn't get close to me because she had deep feelings for someone that she had been feeling things for, for many years. But now we're talkign again, and she keeps throwing hints at me. She says she only broke up with me because she didn't want to hurt me by acting like she didn't want to be romantic or intimate with me. What should I do? Should I try to get back with her, or just let her go? Or perhaps just give it time? I don't know, but I really love her. On the other hand, I feel strong feelings for this other girl named Anna. I don't know what to do. If anyone has any advice, please answer.

If you have strong feelings for another girl, you don't love Brooke as much as you think you do. I would give it some time with Brooke, as it doesn't appear she is real sure about things, either. If I were you, I would remain friends with Brooke, but not let it get too serious. Afterall, she just dumped you. Remember that. And perhaps see how you really feel about Anna. If you have strong feelings for her, maybe your love for Brooke is really just an infatuation. Or maybe it's the real thing. If it is, time will tell. Don't jump into anything with her again until you are more sure than you sound like you are right now.

If you like brooke more than you like anna I suppose that the next time brooke "throws a hint" ask her what that means. Just be like "when you say things like that, does that mean you want to give it a second try?"....
On the other hand, as you say, perhaps just letting her go would be best...and maybe you'll find a that a relationship with Anna might work out better for you.

You say you love her but you also love that Anna girl. Maybe if you go back out with Brooke you would end up doing the same thing she did to you because you like Brooke but have strong feelings for the other girl (Anna). Don't get me wrong I'm not saying you would do that. Things are not going to be easy for you or any one else. i would hate for any of you to get hurt. Does Anna like you also? if so maybe she would be the best choice. It's your choice I'm just trying to help. Good Luck

Figure out if you can wait months or years for Brooke to come around, but tomorrow's not promised to anyone.
If Anna's feelings are strong for you, try it with her. It's hard to make someone love you back. Brooke was honest and did the right thing by you, so she does care. It's just not fair to you to string you along in the hopes that she might be able to feel intimate with you. You'd be setting yourself up for rejection and pain if you kept trying with Brooke.

First of all If you have strong feelings for Anna, do you really love Brooke? Think of it this way...which one makes you happier, which one can you picture spending the rest of your life with (if you can). If you can imagine it with both of them then my guess is you should just move on from both of them, but if you would rather be with one of them then you should choose that person cause you will only be wasting your time with someone else.

Your heading in the right direction! Go for Anna, Amy, Amanda and Melissa. You see the theme here right? You will get those sappy and soul crushing feelings fade away when you turn on the player mode in your head. Your ex already said that she id hung up on another dude. And that may not change. Good things are coming up for you dude!
