It appeals to people's morality. They scream "OMG ARE YOU OK WITH MURDERING BABIES???!!!" hoping that pro-choice people will be ashamed into changing their stance.

Are you referring to the abortion debate, or which debate? If so, it depends on what side of the debate you are on. To people that are pro life, stopping a human beating heart, is indeed murder. On a larger scale it is infanticide. Yes, this raises the debate, but only because it is true, and the other side doesn't like to see it as such. Those are such harsh words, you know? What is your definition of murder, and infacticide, and it will also be easier to answer. Everyone should ask themselves that also.

Ponder this..
A man goes and captures another living being. Then forces her to eat only certain things, and keep her healthy enough, just to be hung up side down and have her throat slashed. Then he rips off her skin and throws it to the side. Takes what's left of her and chops her up in to pieces. Burns her and then feeds those parts of her to children.
Did I just describe a murder? No..... A beef producer. " She " was a cow. But I bet it put some bad images in your head. That's why people use graphic terms. To make such things seem terrible.

At least in my case there is nothing casual about it. I truly believe that it is murder. I find it scary and sad that ending a life before it even begins is an acceptable form of birth control.

no, I dont think so, as this both are done by unsenseless people, I wonder how they can kill some one...But one thing Murder is done against a revenge or desire of something... but infanticide is done against nothing... it is your own pleasure and the small one has to suffer.. it is been punished or kill for your sins and the biggest thing is that it is not given a option to run or tell its feeling or i dont think that you have any revenge against that small angel..Murder is done by some one outsider or relatives but infanticide is done by your own parents.. whom v worship as God...

Like I said, murdering an innocent civilian who has emotions, feelings, a life, a caring family, etc, etc is different from humanely ending the development of a barely-alive fetus in the internal stages of biological growth.
