Guys, I am just wondering, when you do "check out/stare at" the opposite sex and then you make eye contact...what do you plan to happen after that?? Do you want to see any signal from the girl and what do you do if she maintains eye contact? What about if she looks away really quickly and blushes??

I asked the same question. I would talk to the girl only if she made some sort of signal that she is interested in conversation, such as extended eye contact, a smile, or wave.
If she looks at me and looks away quickly, I would not think she is interested. Not even if she did it repeatedly.

Eye contact. If the girl turns away quickly, how can we tell if it is a positive or negative reaction since we cannot see their face?
Usually I make a funny face or smile after 3 seconds, so a 3-5 second eye-to-eye gaze can lead to better results. Also, a "hi" wave would be positive too. Just my personal preference.

i smile as to acknowledge her looking my way if she keeps looking... if she looks away quickly i go about my business as usual...
