Well, of course, not all men hide their true feelings toward a woman.
Those that do, they are likely, as others have suggested, fearing rejection. That's a big thing.
There is a subtler level to this question too, if you're interested:
Girls are encouraged to express their feelings and to talk about them. We say, "What's the matter, princess? Tell Mommy what's wrong."
Boys are trained to hide or repress their feelings. We say, "Stop crying," or "Drop that attitude," as if being sad or angry were a crime. We don't give them dolls to talk to about how they feel, we give them guns and other weapons to hurt or keep others at bay.
And don't get me started about circumcision! If you had to witness your new infant boy getting an extremely sensitive part of his body cut off, you might be appalled, but you could see how he might grow up to be a bit more emotionally numb to such a cruel, painful world.

They don't always do this. But it sounds like you have been involved with these kinds of men.
A lot of people, not just men, but women too, are out of touch with what they feel. In other words, they "hide" their feelings, or don't express them, because they just don't know what they are feeling. They haven't learned how to communicate their feelings to another person. Or fear prevents them from expressing their feelings - fear of being ridiculed, fear that they will be rejected, fear that their partner won't understand the feelings they express.
It takes a good deal of trust for people to be able to express their feelings for and to one another in a relationship. Trust takes time to build. It doesn't just happen overnight.
I guess another question might be - what have you done in your relationships to help your partners feel that they can trust you in sharing their feelings with you?

Men are scared because they think that if they don`t show theyre feelings toward a woman they won`t get theyre heart crushed. Some men don` t show theyr emotions because they will be considered "Whipped" by other men who are also as scared as he is.

A few years ago, Albanians were not very well accepted by Italy. Lately though, in certain parts of Italy, some people from Romania have been treated as unwanted immigrants. Sicilians do not feel as strongly and tend to welcome Romanians a bit more.

Ima girl and I couldn't tell you. I think it makes them feel like less of a man or something, even though they know we like to see that side. Maybe when they do show that side, it means your the one for them, or at least they think so. They probably have to be totally head over heels for you and really comfortable in the relationship. They have to want to let you know, not just feel like they should.

They don't. I think it just depends on how well he trusts you. Also, maybe his true feelings arent what youd want to hear, maybe he really doesnt like you as much as you'd like hime to. The possibilities are endless...
Just because he hides his feelings does not mean its because hes a man.

"Boys" hide their feelings.
"A Man" will let a woman know how he feels.

coz they supposedly have to be the tougher ones, and dont want to be shown as just as vulnerable as women. they also don't want their feelings to get trampled on. they see tears as a woman's forte.

Either fear of rejection or they are telling the truth and it's just not the answer you want to hear!
