Bearded Collie is a large hairy dog,reminds me of the cartoon figure Dennis' dog....but that was an Old English Sheepdog I believe.
Scottish Sheepdog I have never heard of,check Dogbreeds at www.AKC.org.
Lowchen is a medium size dog with silkier hair that can be cut into a Lion-lookalike.Again,check the American Kennel Clubs website for info on dogbreeds.Tried to help.I hope you find your breed.

A Sheltie is a very small little dog, and probably not related to the other two. It is maybe 20" tall at the shoulder, and only looks like a collie.
