Not literally hanging but....a side of your face that if you were to measure from left to right or vice versa it does not form a completely straight line? I don't know how to explain it, but I did this because I noticed that my right eyebrow does not align completely with my left eyebrow. Also, my eyes don't align completely either. It's not really noticeable, but I did notice this and it freaked me out. My sister says that I have a droopy eye and that this is the reason why my eyebrow also appears to be sort of "droopy" as well.

It could be something as serious as a stroke or bells palsy but also could be nothing. Only your doctor can tell you for sure! Please see yours as soon as possible! Best of luck to you!

Very few people have a face that is perfectly symmetrical. My left eye is a half centimeter higher than my right, and the same goes with my ears (make fitting glasses a bit of a pain).

If your face has suddenly begun to droop but wasn't before, that could be a sign of a stroke! However, it sounds like this wasn't a sudden change, so I wouldn't worry about.

in the majority of people one side is different than the other. If you took group of people and asked them to measure certain things on each side of the body i.e. th distance the nose is from hairline then you would see just what the difference is. When people age sometimes the side you sleep on ages faster and can lead to drooping, also it could be medical as in bell's palsy or a stroke.
