I've sent certified letters to the three collectors for the accounts I want to dispute .Now thats done I wait 30 days for there response?So whats next? I know its gonna depend on there reply so I would like to know my options. Thanks

If they come back validated, just try a different approach. Copy the BBB, or write your Attorney General. Usually they don't want to deal with those agencies.

depends if they own the debt or represent. if the represent they have easy acess to all of the info to validate the debt. Now if it is old like over 4 years and went to a junk debt buyer and they dont have any documents to validate the debt it must be removed. it is recommed to seek legal advise when you are doing this

Chance are, they will go ahead and try whatever they can to collect it anyway. They don't read the letters. They don't make money unless they collect money.
