Need to get water into you every day. Plain water. Say if you weight a 100 pounds you should drink at least 50 ounces a day. I went back on my diet that I did years ago and it worked and it is working right now. I try two get in 2 gallons of water in a day at least as close to it that I can this time. I fast for so many days on just plain water. you loose 10 pounds a week doing this. You can add lemon slice or a tablespoon of apple cedar vinaigrette (brown not the white) to a glass of your water once in a while. Also do a lot of walking, jump rope,etc. need a brake from this drink 100% juice no sugar or anything else added to the juice. Just plain old 100% juice. A cup at a time besides your water.
