If u want to concentrate and not fall asleep, just don't eat lots of food. Drink enough water and make it interesting whatever u r concentrating on.

Chew gum. The constant chewing helps you concentrate. Next, try to distribute ur study such that you keep boring topics in the day and analytical or challenging topics like math or puzzles for the night. Before sleeping, try revising in ur head everything that U learnt.

Eat a healthy breakfast, start your day early with a little exercise routine (yoga is good). This will help to stimulate the circulatory system, increasing your energy (in return you will feel less sleepy) and your brain cells, flushed with oxygen (increasing memory and concentration).

Close your eyes for 10 minutes and breathe in and breathe out and count the no. of breathings. Concentrate on the no. of breathings. I tried it so what I'm telling you.

set a MASSSIVE Goal and totally believe you can achieve it because it will change the world.

Ok......for concentration you should chew bubble gum.......to stop sleep u can either drink tea or coffee....u can even eat chocloates to stop sleep as it contains caffeine!
