If you run away, and don't go to the police or some place that can help you, you'll most likely end up on the streets and in just as bad a position as you are now. Homeless, having to deal with the dangers of being on the streets, the possibility of meeting violent people, etc.. If you're not old enough to get a job and make a living, then you can't just run away. The best thing for you to do is to go to the police. I know you don't want to get 'caught in the system' but that is the safest thing for you to do. Otherwise, they'll be looking for YOU, and if you get caught you'll go straight back to where you were before, maybe in worse shape than before. Please listen to me hon, and get in touch with the cops, or a local hospital, even a teacher from your school... if you're really desperate to get away from your home. But don't just run off without any idea of where to go!

Talk to someone in ur family that u can really trust! tell them how u feel ask them can u come live with them! that there are a problem at home and ur cant stay there right now! next time try to put this in Details, other than that we may think it's all because of the divorce, when it could be u are being abuse! but think long, Hard, and Good before u run away!

Look, running away is not the best option, but only use it as a last restort. Do anything else. Call the cops or child services.

no no no! ive been there, done that, and my home wasnt even abusive ( i ran away to florida when 16)... you need to tell someone. at school or a hotline. i know thats hard, but they are the people that will take the1st step towards safety and love for you. abuse is not okay.

Please give more details. There is almost always another answer. Do you have an aunt/uncle you can stay with? Are you really being abused? Physically or sexually? How old are you? Could you maybe tell a teacher?

Running away is never the best answer.
You need to talk to some people who can help you.
Talk to as many people as you have to but make running away the very very very last resort.
Good luck.
