I fire him because that is all I can do. The INS and our lovely government really don't give a crap about enforcing the law or imposing the will of the people, as opposed to upholding some distorted form of "political correctness."
The INS can start by visiting construction sites and diners/restaurants around the country if they are serious about law enforcement. The government also needs to safeguard the border to prevent any further mass illegal entry. The costs for education and health care for alone illegals and their families is astronomical and will contribute to driving this country into a financial "black hole." even faster than most want to believe.

I don't hire anyone that hires or uses illegal aliens to preform any job.My home was built by a custom builder that was chosen for not only his reputation as an excellent builder but also his business practices. He does not hire illegal aliens.I live in Arizona and I could get many workers for my ranch for next to nothing if I hired illegals, but I don't nor will I ever do that.Money isn't the only thing involved in a business deal,it has to be legal and ethical for me also.I want to be proud on my own business dealings so I only contract legal company's that DO NOT hire illegal aliens in any capacity. And in answer to your question I would report the contractor to ICE after I ordered him and his crew off my property.

Im a union boilermaker and proud of what we do for america. Pride in workmanship.

just because the workers are mexicans doesn't mean they are illegal. lots of legal hispanic people work in construction. I would be more concerned that the contractor was cutting corners in some other way or misrepresenting the scope of work to be done in order to give a cheap price

that is the contractors problem. as long as the work is done and not over priced who cares. it will be the boss man who has to answer for hiring people if they are illegal.
that thing above me does have a pic burning a American flag. why don't he wrap his self in it and then let it burn.

Well to tell you the truth I would pay anyone who wants to work. Better than giving money away to lazy americans who are welfare recipients.

I do not ask workmen their legal status. It is the contractor's burden. I don't care who works on my property as long as the work is done well, on time and not overpriced

Hey, if they're willing to put in quality effort, I don't give a rat's @ss where they came from or their "immigration status". They fix up my house, they earn whatever they get..

I agree with the decider (above).
And by the way, how do you know the immigration status of his workers?
