Where can I get an up to date list of stolen and lost credit cards to prevent being ripped off?

If you accept credit cards as payment for services, any cards reported lost of stolen will be declined when you run them for approval. Since you are supposed to do this during the transaction, you don't need a list. Even if it were legal to post such a list, which is seriously doubt, there would be no reason to do so and plenty of reasons not to.
