Bothe depict the end of the world. The Bible doesn't give a date, the Myan Prophecy does. Who are we to believe? A step further...are we to believe a calender or a creator? After all, the creator created the Myans and they died off!

both can be correct. ancient Mayan prophecies in their calendar foretold the final event of 2012. so when that year comes, if the world ceases - that means the mayans guessed right. the bible doesn't specify exactly when the end comes. but it doesn't say when it won't come either.
I believe the Mayans are right and will be proven right. My hunch,.

I always make it a point *not* to put all of my trust into any type of literature such as those. There are many so-called "prophecies" that are considered to have told the future, but most of these are very vague. It would be like me claiming that somewhere in Japan, a car will crash. That's pretty broad, not to mention obvious.
