If you only goal is to run that oven from solar power you are talking in the range of $35,000 to $45,000 USD. Or a 5000 watt system.
The person above who said she has 4000 watts and runs her oven is grid tied. When you pull more power then your panels can provide it gets the extra from the grid.
So for what it would take to run that oven long enough to bake a cake. You would have enough power to run your whole home and maybe half of the house next door too.
There are other ways you can do this. A toaster oven or a space heater uses around 1500 watts to run and on 120 volts. This would allow you to buy a few batteries, only one 2000 watt inverter is needed, a couple of solar panels and a charge controller and build a small oven. Might cost you two grand as long as you only used the oven once a day.
You could make a real solar oven too. They don't use electric.

My 6 kW photovoltaic solar system puts out about 4.5 kW at peak sun. You solar oven doesn't have to consume as much power as a domestic range oven. Much lower wattages will give you heat, but will take longer to get to operating temperature. Sufficiency of insulation and size will have effects on the amount of power needed.

Look at the fuse amperage for the oven then multiply by 220V to get the wattage.
