Technically, you cannot make your hair grow faster. What you CAN do is help it not to break, which is what usually prolongs hair growth. Deep condition it once a week. Wash it only 2-3 times a week (rinse it everyday). Try not to use heat very much (limit curling irons, hair dryers, etc). Also, get the ends trimmed every 6-8 weeks. Getting the dead/split ends will help it to grow at a normal rate.

Making hair grow faster! That is a good one!!! The truth is that activity, ie how much you sweat, can make a difference, then again it cam be your diet, also it may be that it will never frow any faster. This is in your genic make-up. I suggest a VERY HEALTH DIET AND EXERCISE PROGRAM... GET OUT THERE AND BREAK A SWEAT!!!! EAT WELL!! AND KEEP THE DEAD ENDS TRIMED OFF! YES THIS ALL MAKES SOME DIFFERENCE. BUT THERE IS NO REAL ANSWER TO THIS. I HAVE BEEN A STYLISIT FOR OVER 20 YEARS, THIS IS STILL A UNANSWERED QUESTION.

If your body is in good health, you can maximize your genetic growth cycle through taking the proper blend of amino acids and B-vitamins.
It is also important to include B-6, biotin, Inositol and folic acid in the supplemental program. It has been found that certain minerals including magnesium, sulfur, silica and zinc are also very important toward maintaining healthy hair.
Beta-carotene is also essential to hair growth. This is because it is converted to vitamin A as the body needs it, helps maintain normal growth and bone development, protective sheathing around nerve fibers, as well as promoting healthy skin, hair and nails.
Beta-carotene is found in green and yellow vegetables and fruits.
Protein is also very important in hair growth.

Ya trimming it does make it grow faster, just dont do it to often ha ha. they also have pills that help. i know walgreens has them so im pretty sure walmart would to. there for healthy hair and nails and i herd they also help it grow faster. prenatel pills work too, and i also herd brushing your hair stimulates hair folicules to make it grow. so get the pills (its just certin vitamens in them that make it work its nothing bad) trim it and brush alot. hope this helps!

Amazingly, I find that if you pour diet coke over your hair, when your in the shower, leave it in as you would conditioner, and then shampoo and condition it. Its worked amazingly for me, and I straighten mine all the time. I do this about once every week or two weeks =) Hope this quick remedy works for you!
