Ok so I am physically (body wise) not a very attractive person. I am not an ugly fat either I am just fat and short. I dress nice and make myself look nice every day. I was wondering if there are guys in this world who would ask out a short fat girl because he likes her personality and doesn't really care about the way she physically looks. Do you think it is possible for me to find someone would can love me for me and not be so judgementally about my looks?

Although I can't relate to your situation as I am slim I can understand your dilemna. It is odd how men are. They will not date a fat woman and get mad when a woman leaves it off her profile (on an online date site) but at the same time they will lie about their income and if a woman says something they think she is a gold digger. I guess it is ok for a guy to lie about something becuase it is not supposed ot be important but at the same time if a woman lies about here weight (mainly to get a man to give her a chance) they get mad although it really doesn't have anything to do with the kind of person they are. Men are that way about everything. Believe me although I am slim, I am judged and criticized on other things so it is the same way with everyone.

OK well, i love this question, i am not short, i am 5'7 i have 4 kids and i AM happily divorced.. but i recently met a man who is in my opinion the best man in the world, i am over weight, i break out on my face, and i too dress OK, but he loves me for who i am, i am a happy, happy person, i let nothing, i repeat nothing get me down, and men love a woman who is all about being happy and confident in them selves, they don't want a woman who is needy, or who thinks her looks are more important then anything else. just keep your head up, be happy, and be yourself... the good guys, will come to you!! There is someone for almost everyone. There are people who prefer heavy people. If nothing else look for a heavy person dating site if they exist. I am sure they do, there are all kinds of dating sites even some for some very weird things.

but i had few girls asking me out for my personality (well thats what they told me afterwards), but dont search for the man, wait for the man, and just be yourself
