went to dr about these lumps in my glands and he says it was caused by some random infection from a scratch or something and gave me antibiotics. the lumps are usually accompanied by severe headaches usually brought on by stress and ususally cause neck and shoulder pain.

The lumps you describe sound like they may be lymph nodes. However, you haven't said if this is ongoing or if the antibiotic worked. Lymph nodes are not true glands and once they become enlarged they can be quite sore and they often do not return to their original size. Learn techniques to manage your stress and you'll manage your headaches, neck and shoulder pain. You may even prevent the painful nodes.
